Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative with technical expertise in ANSI pumps to join our team. The successful candidate will combine their technical knowledge with sales skills to effectively sell our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

ResponsibilitiesCombine technical expertise of ANSI pumps with sales skills to sell company products and services.Engage with customers on a weekly basis to understand their needs and provide solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.Collaborate with the internal team on sales strategy, product development, and customer support.Address technical questions and troubleshoot issues that customers may encounter.Provide product training and ongoing support to customers.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage technical customer requests and provide product sales support.Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and promote overall sales growth.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.Utilize Salesforce to enter information for all sales functions.Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.Work with customers to ensure all products meet system requirements.Design customized solutions for customers.Prepare, present, and explain product values to customers.Essential SkillsTechnical expertise of ANSI pumps and related products.Proven success as a sales engineer or in a similar technical sales role.Experience using Intelliquip and GSS.High-level time management and organizational skills.Strong project management skills to coordinate technical sales efforts.Analytical thinking ability and complex problem-solving skills.Ability to work individually and as a team to achieve sales goals.Good marketing skills and a strong business sense.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsEducation in engineering or a related field (preferred).Minimum 3 years of ANSI pump experience or a related field (preferred).Driver's License (preferred).Work Environment

Must be able to work Pacific Time but can also sit in Mountain Time. Majority of work from home with minimal travel. Standard hours. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.08
