Pay Rate: $23 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist  to their team for an initial 12 month contract which is renewable. This role is completely remote within Canada.
Responsibilities: Conducts in-depth interviews encompassing lifestyle and medical questions, to facilitate the underwriting process for clients who have applied for individual insurance (i.e: Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance) Utilizes excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to probe tactfully when eliciting personal and medical information Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills Manages workload efficiently with the use of excellent organization and time-management skills Respects the confidentiality of sensitive and private information. Addresses customers' concerns in a professional and knowledgeable manner Requirements: Medical knowledge (e.g., dental assistant, nursing, recent graduates in health sciences). High accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and French, with excellent communication skills. Experience in customer service and strong technical aptitude.
