What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our sales and project management teams have the support they need to excel. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing timely and accurate service to customers, addressing their inquiries via phone and email. Assisting project managers, outside salespeople, and the division manager with various tasks, whether they are in or out of the office. Handling all parts quotes and warehouse sales for the mechanical division. Managing order entry and monitoring Winnipeg Construction Association (WCA) projects. Preparing final quotes for bid and spec projects, design-build projects, and smaller daily requests from our customers. Attending supplier-supported training sessions (in-house or at supplier facilities) and actively self-educating. Participating in divisional meetings and customer events, such as open houses, sporting events, and lunches. What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive role. The ideal candidate will have:

At least 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (3 or more years preferred). A solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
