Your role and responsibilitiesABB’s Electrification Global Markets organization is responsible for the go-to-market strategy in100+ countries where the Electrification Business Area operates. Helping customers all over the world improveefficiency, reliability and productivity while reducing emissions gives our work a powerful sense ofpurposeYour responsibilities•\tSuggestion of products and equivalence of competitors, to external sales, distributors and•\tcontractors/user•\tTechnical support (level 1)•\tWork with the outside sales team to review and use SPA's (Special Pricing Agreements)•\tPreparation of bids and pricing assistance within a mandated time frame•\tProvide customer and market information to the sales and marketing group•\tWork with customer service for order resolution•\tAssist and support fellow team members
Qualifications for the roleEnglish - spoken and written2+ years’ experience in a similar environmentExperience in a B2B companyStrong sales and customer orientationComfortable with the use of multiple computer systemsExcellent communication and file management skills, organization and the ability toundertake multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented and accurate.Ability to work in a team environment or independently.Motivated to learnAbility to follow procedures and methodologies and make suggestions for continuousimprovementAbility to recognize when a request needs to be escalated
