Summary:
Maximize company revenue through outstanding customer support and logistics. Interface between customers and production management to ship orders in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction. Find alternative shipping processes to economically, efficiently and effectively ship product. Responsible for achieving the sales/logistics goals established by the sales manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for assigned accounts and assist in day-to-day operations of the sales force and all customers, Increase sales through regular contact with our existing customer base.Identify customer needs and meeting product/shipping requirements.Ensure customer satisfaction with outstanding customer service and establish creative approaches to solving customer issues.Facilitate positive and productive business relationships.Understand budget and forecast revenue goals.Additionally, understand sales volumes and logistic optionsInspect orders shipping out of South Bend 3x/weekMeet and work to exceed sales quotas.Involvement with miscellaneous projects, including promotional items and marketing materials.Communicate inventory, sales, and packaging strategies to team members. Move with a sense of urgency.Support outside Sales reps (Credits, Sample requests, POS, Etc.). Interface with other shellfish sales associates in other plants.Answer Phones and able to clear orders.Perform other duties, as assigned.What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required:
High School Diploma or GEDValid driver’s license.Requires ability to travel up to 15% of the time.Preferred:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university in culinary arts, aquaculture, or business degree.Total Compensation:
