Service Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for recording and processing all commercial agendas for service orders in our team. This also includes maintaining time recording data within the department. You will also support the team in the area of order handling (internally with the supplier and externally to the customer).The work model for the role is: Onsite, Hybrid within Policy max. 2 Days/WeekThis role is contributing to the Motion Service in Wiener Neudorf. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPreparation of order confirmations, requirements, bank guarantees, payment requests, group and company liability letters, invoices, reminders and other order documents•\tMaintenance and plausibility check of all relevant SAP data•\tOrder portfolio monitoring•\tMaintaining time recording data•\tOrder Handling

Qualifications for the role

Completed commercial / economic school (HASCH/HAK/University)Ideally several years of experience in the field of commercial processingYou have advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAPYou score points with personal skills, such as accuracy, initiative, openness, team orientation, flexibility and independenceYou have cost-conscious and entrepreneurial thinking and actingFluent German language skills (B2+) are required, good English skills (B1+)
