Your role and responsibilities

Our job descrip-tions are gender-neutral, so the masculine gender is used here to lighten the text.The Sales Support Specialist is the expert in drafting competitive bids, estimates and quotations, even the most complex ones, for customers. He/she develops technical solutions to enable the offer to be carried out, and provides technical advice.•\tUnderstand and respond to technical requests, providing solutions and technical advice on products, systems and applications to customers, partners and/or sales engineers.•\tAnalyze complex specifications and draw up an appropriate technical offer, materialize and cost sales proposals.•\tProvide technical advice on the use of products internally or externally. Follow up offers. Handle technical customer complaints. Communicate with the entire sales/ADV and marketing team.•\tParticipate in the development and adoption of internal/external software tools necessary for the smooth running of Sales Support. Provide specialized internal or external training on prod-ucts, solutions, services and software tools.•\tEnsure that all customer requests within its scope are processed. Analyze defined indicators to measure activity efficiency, and initiate action plans if targets are not met.•\tMake proposals to improve the processes for handling requests.

Qualifications for the role

\tBac+2 technical (BTS Electrotechnique or DUT GEII or other technical training) with commercial training (ideally Licence Professionnelle Technico-commercial Sedentaire). Good knowledge of the technical field concerned.\tFirst experience in a similar position.\tGood writing skills. Good command of IT tools. Good command of English.\tAbility to work independently. Versatility, ability to manage several files/ deadlines at the same time, attention to detail. Collaborative, solution-oriented approach with strong oral and writ-ten communication skills.
