Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the sales services team (port cranes) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the service, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.This role is contributing to the Sales Service for Ports Cranes in Central America Region. Main stakeholders are sales manager, sales specialist, customer and technicians.You will be mainly accountable for:• Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about Cranes Services.• Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.• Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).• Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.

Qualifications for the role

\tElectrical Engineering Degree \tExperience in commercial proposals for services (Port Cranes)\tKnowledge of port cranes commissioning services\tFluent English\tAt least 1 year of experience in related roles
