Your role and responsibilitiesYou will be working as Sales Support Specialist, Commercial Operations based in Bangalore, India for ElectrificationBusiness Area of Smart Power reporting to Regional Sales Support Manager (APAC IN). In this role you will beresponsible for Implement and operationalize the Marketing and Sales processes, sales support infrastructure and salestraining in the dedicated area. Operation and maintenance of the tools specific to sales process applying operationalexcellence methodologies and providing solutions and services to local organizations in APAC IN Region, in the LeadBusiness multi-countries or local LSOs of the domain for Electrification Business Area.The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite.Sales Processes•\tSupports at the dedicated area, proper implementation, and communication of the sales processes, e.g., Lead to opportunities to quotations conversion process, Order to Cash (O2C) Process and demand side forecasting process. •\tProactively monitors and strives to maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency as per commercial and sales policy guidelines. Sales Tools•\tSupports the implementation, operation and maintenance of tools (Quotation and Connected tools) enabling availability of latest and updated technologies to local sales units. •\tSupporting marketing and sales team, commercial operations and controlling team members, for queries and supports related to their daily usage of tools. Ensuring timely closing of all support requests by working closely with various stakeholders involved.•\tSupporting Customer operations and customers for Queries related to their daily usage of tools in O2C Process. Communication•\tEnsures a proper and proactive communication and updates on issues and solutions related to tools’ development and new functionalities. •\tCreate and deploy training sessions for marketing, sales and operations team members, Customer operations and Customers on the best usage of tools, aiming to increase sales outcomes and transparency.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s degree in relevant field.\tStrong Understanding of Commercial Operations process preferred: Opportunity – Order – Cash.\tPossess Hands on experience in Quotation tool implementation projects, working knowledge on Salesforce, Conga, Order booking tools (OMS), Business Online, MuleSoft, SAP SD and MM as user, testing, Go Live activities. \tMinimum 5 years working Experience in Sales and related commercial process, operation and maintenance of tools.\tBasic skills on full Cost Model, Data analysis, advanced excel, word and power point skills.
