Sales Support - Tenders Specialist (F/M)
We are looking for a Sales Support - Tenders Specialist (F/M) based in Firenze (Italy) or Aubagne (France). The mission of the Sales Support – Tenders specialist is to provide support and expertise to the sales team in the promotion of Sartorius products in Italy and Spain and if possible in France through the response of Tenders. He/she may also be required to provide support to Sales Support teams in Europe and be called upon by other teams for his/her expertise in the context of one-off missions. Grow with us - Your responsabilities Tenders Management The Sales Support – Tenders Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks : + Assist the sales teams in the preparation of offers, documents and technical files, etc. for the tenders. + Search for tendering publication/announcement following sales rep requests or email reception from hosting providers or direct visits to hosting websites. If necessary, it asks the administration concerned to receive the tender files. + Send the Sales Rep and Application Specialists the publication/announcement and the documents of the tender to validate the bid. + Plan responses to tenders according to the deadlines imposed and reminders. + Send complete tender response files to customers according to the specific regulations of the tenders. + Follow-up on requests for amendments, contract renewals and any other amendments. + Inform and transmit to Sales Rep and Application Specialists positive or negative notifications of tenders with sending the quote to Sales Support for price registration under SAP if the offer is won. + Update and share information on the tenders in an annual summary table. + Participate in the implementation and development of tools for a better organization of the service. Quotation Independent preparation of quotations in the available systems, such as SAP, Configurator and CRM system in close coordination with operational sales team as well as other relevant stakeholders.
