**Req Number** 143471 FlexStaff is seeking a Sales Tax Accountant for our client. This is a temporary role (ending February 28, 2025) responsible for ensuring compliance obligations are efficient, on time, and accurate, while minimizing the company's sales tax liabilities. Location: HYBRID, Melville, NY + The schedule for this role is in the office for one week once a month on the second/third week of the month, preferably before the 20th of each month. This role will require you to be in the office for 5 days. + 35 hrs week + $47.80/hour Responsibilities * Prepare, review and file sales and use tax returns from Vertex for multiple states, to comply with state and local regulations.
