The mission of a Sales Team Assistant is to hear what business needs, collaborate with the respective teams, provide your coworkers with administrative support, take part in solution development, and deliver them to the business. This role gives opportunities for further development within the company.

Main responsibilities

Analyze data and prepare reports for the team

Coordinate teamwork on various activities: keep internal business systems updated, collect data, align with a team leader

Organize meetings with external partners

Prepare monthly business updates

Update & track e-content

Help with organizing team events

Support team with ad hoc tasks

Compensation & benefits

Monthly salary starting from 540 000 KZT gross

Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 35 000 KZT net

Relocation support in case of relocation >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

Any higher education degree

Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level)

Strong analytical skills

Ability to balance multiple priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Advanced MS Excel

Excellent organization and time management skills

Team coordination experience is a strong advantage
