Position Information:

Your skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication or business management or equivalent background or experience. MBA could be an asset. 10+ years of relevant and progressive experience in the Telecom sector Strong interest in the CSP & Neutral Host market and its different industries and their potential changes with the technology Fluency in French and English and ability to integrate multinational and cross-functional virtual teams. Leadership, Strategy consulting capabilities, Customer Focus, and strong business Acumen Excellent communications skills, both orally and written with the ability to evangelize both internally and to customers Solid business acumen understanding the complexities of business and customer needs.  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. Enthusiasm in keeping abreast of technological and market trend as well as competitive intelligence. Understands the challenges of the digitalization of the industry and its trends Experience in contributing to the development of innovative solutions and ideas to drive incremental revenue

As part of our team, you will:

Build C-Suite relationships directly with the customers Develop and leverage an understanding of the customers strategic and business challenges. Identify, develop and drive new business opportunities together with the team Understand at a high level the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (i.e. consultative sales approach for selling solutions).  Develop, operationalize and execute the go-to-market strategy and Account / Business execution plans Implement effective e2e sales execution and business management cadence including strategic account planning, pipeline development/management, business management and forecasting Optimize AM coverage plans, drive sales performance, monitoring of KPI’s and the execution of certain action plans Provide business and functional leadership to a cross-functional team including account managers, pre-sales solutions consultants (dotted-line) and other dotted-line functions (pre-sales domains), delivery and other support teams.  Drive a culture of Quality and Nokia Essentials with the team
