We now have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic Telesales Squad Leader to join our growing Telematics team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role you will be responsible in leading, motivating and coaching a team of telesales professionals to achieve sales targets.

What will you be doing as a Telesales Team Lead?
Lead, coach, and mentor the telesales team.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Address customer queries and complaints promptly.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telematics products, services, and market trends.Helping to form and improve a script which can be used to lead conversations with customers.Work towards sales targets.Work with sales and product teams to stay up to date on new features of our products.
What qualifications/ experience/skills/attributes do you need?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the telematics industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).Proficient in CRM software i.e. Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.High level of motivation and target-driven mindset.What benefits do we offer?
