Sales Team Leader (Home Loans)

Location: East Rand, Gauteng
A reputable financial services concern has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Team Leader – Home Loans.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will join the Home Loan Sales team, and one will work toward the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets as well as coaching and mentoring Sales Consultants.
The successful candidate will assist Consultants with deal structuring as well as marketing ideas and corresponding with stakeholders involved.
One will also be required to conduct presentations and maintain tracking of lead generation.
The Sales Team Leader will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
A completed Grade 12 A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Home Loans Sales. Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. Must have a clear credit and criminal record. Presentation skills are essential. Exceptional knowledge of credit policies. Successful Lead Generation Experience with high volume application processing.
