The Sales Team Manager should be a dynamic leader with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Leadership and Motivation: The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the sales team towards achieving their targets. This involves setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and supportive work environment. Sales Performance Management: They should have a proven track record in driving sales performance, with a focus on increasing conversion rates and the number of lines submitted. Additionally, they should be adept at managing cancelation rates and implementing strategies to minimize them. Product Knowledge and Customer Service: A thorough understanding of the products being sold (phones, home internet, tablets, watches, accessories) is essential. They should ensure that sales representatives are equipped with the knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers, as well as providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Insurance Attachment and Plan Optimization: Ensuring that insurance is attached to sales and customers are placed on the best plans possible is crucial for maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction. The candidate should oversee this process and provide guidance to sales representatives on upselling opportunities. Recruitment and Training: They should be involved in the recruitment process, conducting interviews to identify top talent for the sales team. Additionally, they should provide ongoing training and development to ensure that representatives have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Regularly reviewing chats and calls to identify areas for improvement is key to refining sales techniques and enhancing customer interactions. The candidate should analyze performance metrics and provide coaching and support to help representatives continually improve. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of management experience in Sales in a call center setting Strong background in leading a team of high-performing individuals Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Results orientation skills Motivational skills Leadership, administrative, and coaching skills Optimistic leadership Positive Can-Do Attitude
