The EDI/B2B Support Analyst is an established performer who works to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of EDI/B2B solutions to empower our sales teams and drive business growth. This role will collaborate closely IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of EDI/B2B tools and platforms.

 

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

 

Assist in the implementation and configuration of EDI/B2B solutions, including ERP systems, Integration tools, and sales automation platforms. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools. Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategy and decision-making. Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of EDI/B2B solutions. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives. Work on projects and assignments as part EDI/B2B team. Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and support troubleshooting. Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or EDI/B2B knowledge to address business challenges. Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned areas of supporting supply chain. Perform other duties as needed.

 

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Competencies:

Demonstrates strong knowledge of process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards. Highly analytical. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
