Our trainee program aims to develop passionate graduates to take over a future Sales role in Linnich / Germany for the German market.

  Features of your Trainee Program:   A hands-on Trainee program of 18 months in Linnich/Germany and in one of our European subsidiaries, with involvement in the day-to-day business of our sales departments. Exciting project leads and strategic responsibilities in key areas while getting insights into other adjacent departments, i.e. Marketing, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Production etc. International experience, including a stay broad in one of our subsidiaries to build your network and to get to know other country-specific features. Integration into an international leaders' network to learn from the best. You will be accompanied by a personal and dedicated mentor throughout the whole program. A wide range of development and training possibilities for your further development with an individually tailored development plan. Becoming part of an enthusiastic and highly motivated team in an international business environment. An international corporate culture that is characterized by fun, success, and respect. After completing the trainee program successfully, you will have the opportunity to continue your career with us in Sales.

 

  You bring these skills, experience & education   Passion. Drive. Excitement. A completed Bachelor´s degree with a strong commercial background/ focus and interest. An ambitious person with innovative ideas, who drives new developments and grows beyond self. A quick brain, with strong conceptual and strategic thinking. An open and international mindset with intercultural experience that you have gained while being abroad. An independent way of working and the willingness to take the initiative. Excellent communication skills and a high level of social/intercultural competence, enjoying working in a team and being able to network internationally. German mother tongue and fluent English language skills   SIG competencies
