Sales Trainer, Structural Heart APAC

**Responsibilities**
+ Achievement of Sales Training objectives, goals, strategies and measures.
+ In line with the global training strategy and framework/plan, actively collaborate with APAC countries to identify sales team skill gaps & needs
+ Drive and implement soft skills training programs in the APAC region for all commercial teams
+ Plan and deliver training sessions.
+ Set up and roll out a lean training effectiveness evaluation process
+ Collaborate with cross function teams like Product Training & Education, Marketing, HR, external vendors, etc. to structure training programs, refine contents and where possible leveraging CRM tools for analysis and driving behavioral changes.
+ Prepares lesson plans and training materials.
+ Monitor training outcomes and participant progress, providing ongoing support and adjustments to enhance learning retention and application.
+ Import best practices for adult learning methods and content.
+ Coordinates the development of training tools, including AI driven tools.
+ Collaborate with ComEx team to build practical tools to transfer classroom learning to in-field behavior, this includes sales call planning, coaching tools and coaching the coach.
+ Suggest the most proper training methodology base on country specialties.
+ Continuously revise lesson plans to ensure course material reflects cultural differences, newest product features, meets new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
+ Develops and maintains a wide range of training suppliers’ network in order to efficiently identify program supplier when necessary in APAC region.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree or above
+ Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience (ideally in the life sciences sector), with previous sales training experience is a plus
+ Strong coaching and training skills, preferably with project management experience
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, lead, negotiate, and work effectively at all levels
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track to meet deadlines
+ Able to work independently
+ Fluency in English with either Mandarin or Japanese proficiency
+ Results and performance driven
+ Familiar with MS Office Suite of Products (PowerBI, MS Teams, Excel, PPT)
+ Knowledgeable of adult learning principles
+ Ability to travel 25% of the time
