We are looking for a Mandarin & English speaking Sales Trainer (On-site) to join one of our exciting, expansion projects.

The Sales Trainer facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training to teach and strengthen client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems. The Sales Trainer collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver responsive programs and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency, and increasing productivity.

As a Sales Trainer in our team, you will:

Provide employees with skills-based, client coaching to support achievement of specific weekly/monthly/quarterly operating plan targets, sales targets, assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfactionPartner with team members to develop a training program designed to enhance client sales knowledge associated with any of our sales motionsAnalyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territoriesOversee and validate the delivery and quality of provided trainingTrack the effectiveness of training interventions through multiple assessment toolsWork with all team members to improve sales systems to achieve a positive customer experienceMaintain a high level of communication with your team to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developedMaintain high level of knowledge about our clients, customer interaction, and evolving business environment for relevant training content deliveryHelp create a culture of learning where individuals manage their own development, competence, and performance

We’ll be a great match if you have:

3+ years of experience working in a customer service, training or sales capacityExpertise in training within your peer groupExperience in high-volume callingExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRMTechnical skills in MS OfficeExperience prioritizing concurrent projects and demonstrating project management skillsExperience demonstrating multiple strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audienceWillingness to work from home
