**This is a Hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in a Wolters Kluwer office**
The eLearning Developer will play an essential role in the on-going learning and development of employees within the organization. The Sales Trainer will be heavily responsible for the development of pedagogically sound eLearning materials in accordance with department standards and directives. They will also assist the Senior Designer in the design of materials. The eLearning Developer will report directly to the CEGTE eLearning Manager.

BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience preferred1-3 years’ experience in a training role/functionFluent in EnglishStrong proficiency in development stages of the ADDIE modelStrong lesson and curriculum planning skillsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to interface effectively with SMEsStrong attention to detailMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing shifting prioritiesStrong proficiency with Articulate Storyline and RiseExperience with xAPI coding preferredAbility to learn new authoring tools quicklyExperience using remote conferencing tools such as Teams, WebEx, Adobe, etc.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office productsProficiency with various multimedia hardware and software (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)Compensation:
