Job Description
The Sales Trainer facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training to teach and strengthen client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems. The Sales Trainer collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver responsive programs and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency, and increasing productivity.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills
+ Provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of specific weekly/monthly/quarterly operating plan targets, sales targets, assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfaction
+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver an effective training and development program designed to enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills associated with any of our sales motions
+ Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories
+ Oversee, measure, and validate the delivery and quality of provided training
+ Track the effectiveness of training interventions through various assessment tools
+ Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems to achieve a superior customer experience
+ Maintain a high level of communication with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developed
+ Maintain high level of knowledge and understanding about the client, customer interaction, and evolving business environment for relevant training content creation and/or delivery
+ Help create a culture of continuous learning where individuals take responsibility for their own development, competence, and performance
+ This is a **Hybrid model** role with working hours **M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm**
**Qualifications:**
+ Fluency in **English –** both written and spoken
+ Prior success in achievement in individual and/or team sales quota/goals
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships.
+ Able to develop relationships and communicate with higher level technical staff
+ Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
+ Demonstrated aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.
+ Advanced problem-solving skills
+ Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
+ Prior experience working with **Microsoft Dynamics** , **Salesforce** or similar **CRM** required would be considered an advantage
+ Subject matter expert and proven leader within peer group
+ Prior experience in high volume calling preferred
+ Ability to communicate and demonstrate various strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audience
+ Detail-oriented and proficient communication skills
+ Proven success in the management of multiple priorities effectively
