Sales Training and Development Manager

Job Description

The Sales Training and Development Manager will enhance and execute the training and development needs of the Sales Organization. They will be responsible for creating new training content and programs, evaluating the effectiveness of existing training content and programs, and collaborating with the Regional Business Leaders, Product Line Leaders, Matrix Leaders, and the Service Leaders. They will improve upon training initiatives and materials to ensure that new hires and current partners are receiving a robust training curriculum focused on their growth and development in the First Aid and Safety Division. 

Skills/Qualifications

Required 

High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred  2+ years of sales, training & presentation experience  

 

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: 

Have an active driver's license  Be at least 21 years of age  Obtain a DOT medical certification  Provide documentation regarding their previous employment 

 

 

Preferred 

Business-to business, industrial and/or outside sales experience
