Uponor is offering an exciting ten-week summer internship program in our Sales Training department. You will have the opportunity to work hands on with our Sales Training team performing valuable work for key projects including content development and maintenance for our Blueprint for Sales Success program. During the summer you will connect with leaders throughout the company to learn more about Uponor’s products and services and will participate in a variety of training sessions focused on preparation for your future careers.  

Areas of Focus

Content development and maintenance on sales assets and digital learning modules.Content development for radiant and heating initiatives.Support for planning and developing content for Sales symposium.Deliver a demonstration of your findings and recommendations to a leadership panel near the end of your internshipOther duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.Must be an incoming Junior or Senior in a degreed programMust be a self-starter and be able to work independently. Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to engage.Strong project management skills.Must have an interest in pursuing learning and development, sales enablement, and/or sales as a profession.Proficient in Microsoft office.This internship is a full-time, hybrid position requiring in office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Program runs from 6/2/25- 8/8/25.
