\nYOUR TASKS\n\nDevelopment and deployment of business initiatives (within the Global Sales Process) to improve productivity and employee motivation in the pursuit of larger organizational goals. The candidate will also assume the role of COMET Business Administrator, and assist the CPR team in Commercial-related projects.\nSupport the CPR team on complementary tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Commercial Planning & Research Manager.\nProvide coaching expertise, project management leadership, and business support to the SG Commercial team (GMNC & NSG) through people development for the purpose of nurturing productivity and employee motivation/satisfaction gains, as part of the Commercial Team’s commitment to Business & Sales Excellence.\nProvide Coaching leadership (coaching audit, script development, skills gap checklist, pre-call planning, etc) to all Sales Segments, to improve customer experience, achieve organization intentions, and increase individual productivity.\nRepresent SINCO as the COMET Business Administrator, implementing COMET-related training and projects to increase data quality and compliance to GSP.\nCollaborate with regional Sales Training team to assist or conduct Sales Training activities/projects.\nIn cooperation with the HR department, develop and deploy harmonized human resource processes and industry-leading selection, recruitment, and people development practices.\nReview current in-house owned/developed and external solutions.\nReview and agree, manage training activities within the allocated training budget.\nChampion career development initiatives for Commercial employees.\nCollaborate with APEM COMET Lead to implement regional lead CRM initiatives.\nManage external consultants for the customization/development of programs that specifically meet sales training needs: research, program design, and testing/validation of programs before implementation.\nDevelop an intimate understanding of the business processes and deliverables of the various Sales Segments, so as to provide relevant coaching advice to Sales Reps & Managers.\nParticipate proactively to improve the adoption of the Sales Process.\nDevelop a consistent approach to sales learning that is effective and ‘accelerated learning’ based, through the adoption of learning technologies and synergy with local and Global Sales Process.\nEnsure that training schedules are observed, training logs are maintained, training logs are forwarded to HR, and training utilization and summary are forwarded to HR.\n\n
