Summary
The International Sales Organization (ISO) Sales Enablement Academy (SEA) is dedicated to ensuring Lenovo’s sales teams possess the skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed to excel in customer-facing markets. As the ISO SEA Sales Training Manager, you will design, develop, and implement a consultative selling training program aimed at enhancing sales team skills. This program will focus on consultative selling techniques, customer needs analysis, and solution-based approaches, ultimately boosting sales performance. You will join a highly collaborative, quality-focused team of experienced professionals with the singular goal of building one of the best Learning and Development organizations in the industry globally.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging sales training materials (presentations, role-plays, case studies).Facilitate interactive training sessions focused on consultative selling and customer needs analysis.Conduct needs assessments to uncover customer challenges and sales opportunities.Adapt training programs based on team, industry, and regional requirements.Ensure global content consistency while collaborating with geo leads for local relevance.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and measurable outcomes.Collaborate with internal departments to align training with overall sales strategies.Key Requirements
