As a Sales Training Specialist here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you\nwill be a driving force in the development and execution of strategic training\nprograms that empower our sales team with the skills and knowledge needed to\nexcel. Your role involves leading the design and implementation of\ncomprehensive training strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams,\nand ensuring continuous improvement in the performance of our salesforce. In\nthis leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales\neffectiveness, driving employee development, and contributing to the overall\nsuccess of the Industrial Automation organization.

You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Director\nand you’ll work out of our CH3U location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our sales team by:
- Leading the development and implementation of sales training programs and\ninitiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and\ncreate customized training solutions
- Designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions,\nworkshops, and webinars
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuous\nimprovements
- Providing guidance and support to sales trainers and training coordinators
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in sales YOU MUST HAVE

- 5+ years of sales training or related field
- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales\ntraining programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design\nmethodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all\nlevels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
