Sales Unit Leader

Position Summary

We are looking for a new Sales Unit Leader to join our Consumer Electronics team!

Role and Responsibilities

Plans and directs the work of the sales team and is responsible for establishing overall objectives and priorities for the direction of the team in order to increase sales of Samsung Electronics products and to achieve the agreed targets within the key accountsDefine, monitor and give improvement advice about targets for each member of the sales teamParticipation in negotiating annual contracts per account with the aim to optimise long-term value creationAnalysing account profiles and potentials by doing strategic planning and to adapt conditions of sales accordinglyPlanning sales and promotion activities together with the sales team including product and price planningOverview of all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/regionProviding feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and competitor activities so as to facilitate quick and appropriate response to changing sales conditionsActively participate in the annual budgeting processRepresentation of the company outside (mainly trade) according to Samsung Electronics standard and guidelinesSupporting direct supervisor upon whose request performs all other tasks

Skills and Qualifications

Qualification/Experience

University degreeAt least  7 years of job experience in the area of sales/account managementExperience in managing and leading teamsDriver's licence B category

Knowledge

Upper-intermediate command of EnglishAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good knowledge of the market and a good business senseGood product knowledge is advantageBasic knowledge in Marketing
