\n\nHow will you contribute to the success of DHL?\n\nDay to day conduct to process all queries received from both Direct customers and GSA\nDay to day check on all pre-invoices issued\nDay to day review of all adjustments received from customers and GSA on billing errors.\nCommunicate all errors found to ACS OTC for corrections.\nFollow up on approval required based on DOAG\nSupport simple administrative works necessary for ACS Commercial and ACS Operations in the capacity of ACS Finance where finance is not evident locally.\nMain point of contact for local direct customers.\nMaintain records and billing trackers for ongoing accuracy.\nAssist in identifying and flagging differences in shipment weight, volume, or charges.\nComplete all follow up of missing rate/missing spot rate approval and duplicate rates to ensure completeness for MEC billing \nFollow up on all Operations and no show and no bill events, holding ACS OTC accountable. \nCompliance with any/ all OTC guidelines and Sales validation guidelines \nParticipate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.\n\n

\n\nDo you have what it takes?\n\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification\nInternship or experience in a business, admin, or customer service environment\nInterest in logistics, billing, or finance-related work\nGood computer skills (especially Excel, email, and file management)\nAttention to detail and willingness to learn\nClear English communication skills (spoken and written)\nAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a team\nA positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks\n\n
