Sales VP, Enterprise

What You’ll Do:

·         You will be responsible for representing the entire portfolio of USX Enterprises to include Asset Truckload, Brokerage and Dedicated to deliver top line revenue growth and margin improvement.  ·         Collaborate with the USX Leadership Teams, Strategic Business Units and key internal resources to align strategies and communicate both internally and externally to meet company goals·         Responsible to develop and execute new business opportunities using comprehensive Sales strategies through our customized Road Map process for all your USX accounts.  ·         Be a positive leader in embracing change and supporting company goals and initiatives.·         Identify market volatility and develop sales strategies to adapt to the ever changing transportation environment.·         Deliver consistent results to achieve load and revenue targets for the company while building the foundation for long term leadership in the marketplace.·         CRM utilization is required as a top priority to maintain calendar, prospect leads and update your sales call activity by consistently updating data, customer information and Road Maps.  ·         Retain and grow profitable freight by managing account base and ensuring quality relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders.   ·         Identify and initiate Sales calls and activities for existing and prospective customers to generate new and additional opportunities.  ·         Learn and be the expert in your customers transportation network and supply chain to align USX solutions. ·         Own the process of developing, presenting and negotiating proposals to your customers that will create value to their transportation needs.  ·         Work closely with all areas of the company including Revenue Management, Business Development, Account Management and Operations in support of corporate goals and objectives.  ·         Act as a liaison between the customer and all internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution, commitment management, billing errors and collections on overdue accounts.    ·         Review sales metrics and scorecards to continuously monitor and measure your results.·         Lead USX Enterprises Collaboration and build an energetic growth culture
