Salesforce Administrator

What We Need:
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and evolve our Salesforce environment. This role is critical to drive operational efficiency, user adoption, and business intelligence across teams. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business process and has hands-on experience in managing Salesforce in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Act as a Salesforce administrator across multiple departments and processes.
+ Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and permission sets.
+ Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom analytics to support business units.
+ Ensure data quality, system integrations, and security protocols are enforced.
+ Manage and deploy configuration changes using Sandbox, Change Sets, and/or DevOps tools.
+ Provide Tier ½ support for user issues and Salesforce-related requests.
+ Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
+ Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend platform improvements.
+ Collaborate with developers on custom development projects.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:
+ 2-4 years of Salesforce experience, including configuration and automation.
+ Proficiency with Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards, and user access management.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
+ Salesforce Administration Certification
+ Experience with third-party integrations
+ Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, SOQL, and basic Apex/Lightning components.
+ Knowledge of agile project management practices.
