Salesforce Administrator

Resource Innovations is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and ensuring the successful configuration and implementation of Salesforce based software solutions to meet their specific needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and guiding them through the software configuration process. Your expertise in both customer relationship management and Salesforce configuration will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Configure and customize software solutions to align with client specifications and goals. Lead demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on software functionality and best practices. Ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions according to client needs and objectives. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating client feedback and requirements effectively. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products. Monitor and track client accounts to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients. Other duties as assigned.
