The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment, ensuring it aligns with our business processes, and supporting users across multiple departments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, developers, and other team members to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a seamless experience for our Salesforce users. What you’ll do: Salesforce Administration: Manage daily operations of Salesforce including system configuration, user setup, role hierarchy, profile management, and data integrity.Maintain and create custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.Create and manage dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to meet organizational needs.User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and addressing needs in a timely manner.Deliver training and documentation for new users, as well as regular updates for existing users on new features and best practices.Customization and Enhancements: Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system changes and improvements.Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including workflow automation, data management, and third-party integrations.Data Management: Oversee data migration, cleansing, and deduplication efforts.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.Security and Compliance: Manage Salesforce security settings, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security to ensure the platform is secure.Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices, ensuring the platform remains compliant with industry regulations.Integration Management: Work with developers to integrate Salesforce with other third-party tools, APIs, and systems as required.Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring smooth data flow between systems.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.Recommend Salesforce AppExchange apps or custom solutions to meet business requirements. What you’ve done: 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or higher) is required.In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.Hands-on experience with declarative Salesforce features, such as flows, process builder, and lightning app builder.Strong knowledge of data management practices within Salesforce, including data migration and cleaning.Experience in managing Salesforce integrations with other business systems.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Who you are: Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud.Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components (optional but a plus).
