Key responsibilities/What you do
The sales support team is in charge of fostering profitable growth in the local Business Units and Global functions, supporting Sales function via better tooling, processes and training. The Sales Support Team is the home of the “Salesforce” application as the collaboration tool for Sales with adjacent functions, such as Legal, Compliance and Underwriting.
Reporting to the Salesforce CRM manager, the Salesforce administrator has the following responsibilities:
Collecting user challenges and change requests and thus, recommending improvements of functionalities to business owners and discussing technical implementation and observed issues with Salesforce Perform tool administration to ensure Salesforce for local Business units and global / regional functions (1000 users), managing access rights of users, supporting end user via ticketing system, debugging issues, updating Flow, page layouts, record type as well as monitoring the actual utilisation of licences Support users in case of questions, help request on any function of the tool (e.g. reporting creation, …) Organize workshops, gather user feedback and propose evolutions based on these feedbacks, to be implemented as part of administration topics or expansion Carry out regular internal Salesforce system audits and upgrades Work with the management team to determine appropriate Salesforce processes Grow the Salesforce skillset throughout the organization, and facilitate the training of new users and new deployments
Key requirements/What you bring
Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 4+ years of Salesforce administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud Certified Salesforce Administrator Additional Salesforce certifications an advantage Experience in Conga CLM an advantage Experience with implementing pragmatic and workable solutions Experience working in a B2B or B2B2C Legal and/ or sales environment within a multi national/ global organisation Exposure and experience in project management implementing and driving change Experience interacting within a matrix organisation Experience with coaching, training and developing user teams to optimise the use of Salesforce Fluent in English Expert in Salesforce FlowKey benefits/What we offer
