About This Job
As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative project team responsible for successfully developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce solutions. You will leverage a number of proprietary and standard technologies/tools and will be primarily responsible for administration and customization of our Enterprise Salesforce environment.Responsibilities:
Build Salesforce.com Declarative customizations & automations, including:Architectural components: Objects, Record Types, Layouts, & FieldsAutomation components: Workflow rules, Flows, & Process BuildersEfficiency components: Knowledgebase, Macros, QuicktextOmni-Channel components: Assignment Rules, Entitlements, LiveAgent, Glance & Five9 IntegrationsDevelop deep understanding of the internal Consumer & Commercial Banking operations to lead complex projects and integrations to improve sales and servicePromote business adoption of system capabilities and features (via trainings & webinars)Participate in all aspects of our Agile Project Methodology (including proper Change Management)Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant Salesforce certifications2+ years' as a Salesforce.com AdministratorOperates in a Scrum/Agile EnvironmentFive9, Conga, Glance, LoS, Marketing Cloud platformsOther cloud and on premise based systemsProven admin experience with SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Knowledgebase & CommunitiesExcellent understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalitySalesforce1 MobileSQLAbout Axos
