Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning company in the health insurance vertical, has a long term contract opening for a Salesforce Administrator. They have over 4 million customers and 5,000+ employees dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare system, improve efficiency and outcomes while reducing costs.
Location: ** While the position is Remote, work from home, you must reside in North Carolina or one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Contract Duration: Until 12/31 renewable, expected contract 12-36 months
Required Skills & Experience 3+ years as Salesforce Admin Certified admin in Salesforce Worked with 200+ users to understand SOP, permission sets, and follow policy/procedures Agile environment experience Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Desired Skills & Experience Apex Exposure to Development
What You Will Be Doing You will work within the Salesforce team at this health insurance company. Maintain validation rules & flows, add new fields, page layout changes, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Must be familiar w/the capabilities of Salesforce This team Primarily support sales and marketing and all of the sales markets (large group, small group, etc.): 2,500+ users Reading work items/features and developing them Converting Process Builders into Flows Work in an Agile team with 2 weeks sprint cadence
****To be eligible to contract at this client you must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
