Why does this role exist?
This role exists to provide Tier 2 Salesforce Administrator support for help desk escalations that require an admin license, ensuring timely resolution and a seamless experience for internal users. The team is expanding and needs a dedicated admin to own complex tickets, maintain data quality, and manage user provisioning across Salesforce and integrated systems as the organization scales. The position also supports process automation, documentation, UAT for major releases, and vendor coordination to safeguard platform reliability and performance.

The Impact you’ll makeHelp Desk Escalations and Incident Management\nOwn and resolve technical support escalations requiring a Salesforce Administrator license\nTriage, troubleshoot, and close Tier 2 tickets; perform proxy logins as needed\nMonitor trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend preventive fixes\nSalesforce Administration and Data Operations\nExecute data loads and bulk updates using Data Loader and related tools\nMaintain data integrity through validation, deduplication, and audit checks\nManage roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, and record types\nUser Provisioning and Onboarding\nSet up new hires, new teams, and new regions in Salesforce\nProvision and coordinate access in associated systems (Gmail, Dialpad, Sense, TR)\nMaintain access controls and deprovisioning in line with security best practices\nAutomation, Documentation, and Collaboration\nInterpret, troubleshoot, and support Salesforce Flows and workflows\nCreate and maintain clear documentation for flows/workflows and admin processes\nAssist teammates with flow logic and improvements; contribute to knowledge base articles\nUAT and Vendor Coordination\nPerform User Acceptance Testing prior to large project rollouts, documenting results\nConduct proxy testing to validate end-to-end business processes\nManage and follow through on support tickets with vendors to resolution\n
