SUMMARY
Join our team as a Salesforce Admin II, where you will play a key role in enhancing our Salesforce platform. This position requires expertise in building reports and dashboards, as well as the ability to perform basic development tasks to support our business operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Report and Dashboard Development: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. Data Analysis: Analyze data and provide insights through effective data visualization techniques. Optimization: Continuously optimize reports and dashboards for better performance and user experience. Custom Development: Develop and manage custom objects, fields, and basic Apex and Visualforce components. Automation: Implement and manage workflow rules and process automation using Process Builder. User Assistance: Support users by resolving issues related to reports, dashboards, and development tasks. Training and Documentation: Provide training and create documentation for users on how to use reports and dashboards. Data Quality Management: Maintain data quality by performing regular audits and data cleansing. Security Management: Ensure data security by managing access controls and permissions.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred; additional certifications are a plus. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting tools, Apex, Visualforce, and Process Builder. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
