We’re looking for a Salesforce Admin who combines technical expertise with solid project management skills - someone who can turn complex requirements into scalable global solutions that empower our sales team. You’ll join a team at the crossroads of sales, data, and platform engineering, shaping how our revenue organization operates worldwide. Your work will shape how hundreds of sales people connect with customers, close deals, and drive revenue across 36 markets worldwide.
What you'll do
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the Platform team, translating complex sales and process requirements into actionable and scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead and drive platform-side projects, ensuring alignment across Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product teams on process design and implementation. Identify and address data quality issues, tech debt, and process gaps, translating them into actionable improvements aligned with global standards and best practices. Organize testing, process reviews, and documentation to ensure reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of established processes. Enhance Salesforce automations, reporting, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and process visibility and global standardization. You are an experienced Salesforce Admin with deep experience in Sales Cloud - from managing Leads, Opportunities, and Contracts to building automations (flows, validation rules, approval processes) that scale reliably within Salesforce limits. You are skilled at keeping projects and people on track, aligning teams across regions and functions to move initiatives forward together. You have a knack for translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements, and communicating seamlessly between engineers, operations, and sales leaders. You are confident managing permission sets, access, and visibility for global teams, and creating advanced reports and dashboards - leveraging SOQL and other tools to deliver accurate, data-driven insights. You can document processes, and solutions with clarity and precision, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharing across teams. You have a structured, analytical mindset and love untangling complex workflows into elegant, scalable solutions.Nice to have: Experience with 3rd party tools, able to read/write SQL, Apex tests, experience with Github and CI/CD processes, programming languages like Javascript or Golang, and the curiosity to explore new technologies.
