CTG is seeking to fill a Salesforce and AI Tech Lead opening for our client in New York, NY. Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Duration: 6 months Duties: • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CRM applications, with heavy integration into internal enterprise applications • Serve as a Technical Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, and Project Manager, providing strategic direction and technical leadership • Drive AI architecture initiatives using tools such as Snowflake to support data-driven decision making and intelligent automation • Manage and mentor a team of onshore and offshore developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, aligning Salesforce initiatives with broader business goals and enterprise impact • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, provide technical insight, and deliver tailored CRM solutions Skills: • Salesforce Expertise: Deep experience with Salesforce architecture and product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, etc.) • AI and Data Architecture: Knowledge of general AI solutions and architecture, including hands-on experience with Snowflake • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on skills with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) • Leadership & Project Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and communicate technical concepts clearly Experience: • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM development and architecture • Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and managing enterprise-level projects • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled platforms, data integration, and scalable solution design Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline • Master’s degree preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
