Salesforce Architect In Honolulu, Hawaii Onsite: 5 days/week, NO SUBVENDORS Primary Purpose of Job Serves as a key member of the Salesforce team, leading the architectural design and technical framework of the project. Major Job Accountabilities + Analyzes information to determine, recommend, plan and coordinate installation of a new system or modification of an existing system. + Designs, develops and modifies software systems while analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. + Confers with analysts, developers and others to design systems to obtain information on limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. + Confers with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities for projects. + Consults with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. + Develops or directs software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. + Determines system performance standards and modifies existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance. + Obtains and evaluates information on factors such as costs, or security needs to determine system configuration. + Prepares documents or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status. + Recommends purchase of equipment for software system. + Stores, retrieves, and manipulates data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. + Supervises and assigns work to developers, analysts, designers, admins, or personnel. + Provides direction to Technical teams (IT Helpdesk, Desktop, Server and Network teams) to implement and support solutions. Experience Required + Minimum five (5) years of work experience in the following: + Experience as a Solution Architect (Experience within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is preferred.) + Experience with API design and development. + Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. + Experience with Salesforce Cloud Voice. Required Skills Or Training + Must have big picture outlook combined with high attention to technical detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to executive/upper management teams. + Ability to influence and guide the project team and end users. + Possesses knowledge of systems development lifecycle methodologies. + Prior experience in leading and facilitating meetings. + Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications, Postman, SOAPUI, Salesforce software, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Extensible markup language (SML), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Microsoft Active Directory, ServiceNow, Microsoft Visio, NotePad++, Cisco Jabber, Git, Cisco Webex, Zoom. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $188000.00/yr.
