Description:

The role is
primarily responsible for driving technology and process improvement for our customers, through
the Salesforce declarative features, tech stack and related ecosystem. This role requires best
practice knowledge for understanding functional business processes, identifying areas for
optimisation, and using Salesforce technologies to provide positive business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
● Collaborating with a talented team of passionate Salesforce, data, QA, Heroku, and UI/UX
experts and partner closely with the world’s leading automotive manufacturers on a wide
variety of innovative projects.
● Understanding, designing, and creating Salesforce solutions for high profile clients.
● Leading workshops and facilitating requirement gathering sessions to determine client
needs, understand processes, and document user stories.
● Liaising with stakeholders and the technical team to gain a comprehensive understanding of
the customer’s processes and how to optimise them, and then working with the technical
team to translate this information into technical requirements.
● Work with various customer stakeholders to analyse business requirements and design
Salesforce solutions that enable the business to achieve its objectives, improve user
experience, and drive system adoption.
● Understanding declarative features of the Salesforce platform and configuring standard
Salesforce functionality to solve complex business requirements.
● Ownership of the enhancement backlog, partnering with the PM and stakeholders to jointly
prioritize initiatives.
● Complete gap analysis for as-is and to-be processes; translating into functional and
technical specifications.
● Support change management initiatives related to new feature releases including
documentation and training.
● Maintain familiarity with upstream / downstream integrations and their impact on feature
enhancements
● Provide the Professional Services team with Subject Matter Expertise related to the
proposed solution and client needs in order to ensure successful project delivery
● Understanding of system integrator and general consultancy ecosystem
● Engage and orchestrate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organisation to
contribute to cross team service solution proposals, which may include components of
functional and technical scope and architecture, change management and training,
integration, and user experience, and gain consensus on an acceptable proposal across the
internal teams.
● Serve as a customer advocate in driving industry best practices and the evolution of
Salesforce product and platform functionality, courses and administrative services integral to
the customer’s success.

● Contribute thought leadership and best practices, both internally and externally, around
business transformation and delivery methodology.
● Contribute to enhance our delivery methodology and services practice
● Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage updates applicable to organisational
requirements.
