Key Responsibilities:
Lead testing efforts for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications within the insurance domain, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Design, implement, and maintain manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional testing, regression, integration, and API testing to ensure application stability and seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, and business) to define testing requirements and deliverables.
Utilize Agile practices and tools (Rally, JIRA) for project management and sprint planning, ensuring continuous integration and testing.
Track, report, and prioritize defects, working with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform developments and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a focus on Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools like Rally and JIRA.
Proficient in functional testing and API testing (REST/SOAP).
Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I/II) is a plus.
Experience in the insurance domain or with platforms such as Duck Creek and Dragon is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
