Job Description Insight Global is seeking 4 Salesforce Business Analysts to join one of our simulation software engineering companies. The ideal candidates will work closely with the Business Process Architect to guide our stakeholders through the requirements definition and grooming of critical initiatives throughout our implementation portfolio. Experienced in engaging with cross-functional business stakeholders, you thoroughly understand how to translate business requests into tactical requirements for implementation and identify opportunities for process improvement Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Partnering with process architect/product owner -- meet daily/weekly * Join requirements gathering sessions -- have all the deliverables ready * Work with process architects with what the tech team can work on * Process mapping * Crafting user stories with acceptance criteria * Validating testing -- testing support -- UAT + creating test scripts We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
