COMPENSATION
Annual Minimum - Maximum$118,500.00 - $128,000.00The dedicated Technology Services Department is in search of a Salesforce Billing Administrator. This position will oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our Salesforce Billing system. They will also partner with Finance, Advance Planning, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Manage and configure Salesforce Billing to support subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
Set up and maintain billing schedules, invoice generation, payment processing, and subscription models.
Configure and optimize billing rules, invoicing templates, payment schedules, and recurring billing logic.
Collaborate with the Salesforce Core and Revenue Cloud resources to enhance, maintain, and integrate Salesforce Billing with other systems, including ERP systems, payment gateways, and financial tools.
Automate billing workflows using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for billing, payment processing, and revenue recognition metrics.
Generate and distribute financial reports for the finance team, leadership, and other stakeholders to track billing performance and KPIs.
Work closely with the Finance, Client Accounts, Operations, Technology Services, and vendor teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
Provide ongoing training, documentation, and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce Billing functionality.
Assist with data migrations and reconciliations for billing data as needed.
Monitor and maintain the Salesforce Billing environment to ensure its reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Implement system upgrades, patches, and new features related to billing functionality.
Work across multiple platforms to ensure cross platform integrations integrity throughout all required systems.
Ensure that Salesforce Billing is continuously aligned with evolving business requirements and industry best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or business administration and/or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201).
Proven experience with Salesforce Billing, including subscription billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Proven experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards related to billing, payments, and revenue recognition.
Proven experience with subscription-based billing models, invoicing, and payment processing within Salesforce.
Knowledge of Salesforce Billing, including setup, configuration, and management of billing schedules, invoices, payment terms, and subscriptions.
Previous experience integrating Salesforce Billing with third-party systems such as ERP platforms (Netsuite preferred) and payment gateways (Adyen, Payology).
Proficiency in automation tools like Salesforce Flow and Process Builder to streamline billing processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Salesforce certifications related to Revenue Cloud or Salesforce CPQ (e.g., Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant).

DRUG TESTING POLICY
