Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce. The candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.

- Create and maintain documentation on configuration and processes.

- Train end-users on functionality and best practices.

- Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions.

- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure quality delivery of solutions as per business needs.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales or Manufacturing Cloud and stay up-to-date on new features and functionalities.

- Participate in cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

- Focus on timely and quality delivery of product enhancements with customer focus in mind.


Basic Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred.

- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce BA in Sales Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and formula fields.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Salesforce certifications preferred.
