Salesforce Business Analyst - Intermediate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Sales & Marketing Technology team, part of the Global Platforms department of Technology. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable product roadmaps and user stories.

What you’ll do

Defining and Prioritizing: They are responsible for defining product features and prioritizing the backlog of work to be completed by the development team. This prioritization is driven by business needs, customer requirements, and the overall product vision.Gathering Requirements: They work closely with various stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for new features or enhancements.Managing the Product Backlog: They maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring it's a clear, concise, and up-to-date list of work to be done. Collaboration and Communication: They collaborate closely with the development team, providing guidance and answering questions throughout the development process. They also communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns. Ensuring Alignment: They ensure that all Salesforce development efforts align with the overall business strategy and objectives.

What experience you need 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or product owner in a salesforce project/team.3+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Agile Scrum principles and practices.English Proficient B2+/C1 (written/verbal) Emmersion
