Summary
Information and Technology Services (ITS) is looking for a Business Analyst Intermediate to join the Enterprise Applications Services (EAS) Salesforce Center of Excellence (SFCOE) team within ITS.
You like working on a highly collaborative Salesforce team bringing new ideas and perspectives. You like to analyze business processes, gather requirements, document and test Salesforce solutions. Remote work is currently available with the possibility to renew every year based on University and ITS leadership directive, business needs, and/or performance. You will need to occasionally attend meetings on the Ann Arbor campus and be within a reasonably commutable distance. Details can be worked out with the hiring manager. Standard working hours are in the eastern time zone.
This position is a three-year term limited position.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Salesforce Unit Liaisons (SULs) and users to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions Create functional specifications, process flows, data models, and other relevant documentation.Assist and/or lead training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using Salesforce effectively.Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries or issues related to Salesforce functionality and other third-party platforms.Write test scripts, perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist SULs in validating the solution.Work with the SFCOE and project managers to ensure work is being prioritized and communicating any variances Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to guarantee that the solutions produced are highest in class for the university's business strategyRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience. Minimum of two years demonstrated experience in a related role requiring confidentiality, timeliness, customer service, organization, prioritization, troubleshooting, and working independently.Desired Qualifications
