If you answered yes to these questions, we see a mutually beneficial and gratifying relationship on the horizon! Are you ready to grow with us? About This Role:As a Salesforce Consultant in the Salesforce Practice, you will be responsible for acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. In a project, you will ensure that business objectives are clearly captured and understood, translating them into Salesforce capabilities or specifications. This role is pivotal during discovery and testing phases of a project.  Responsibilities:Engage with business users (end-users, product owners, SMEs) to elicit and clarify requirements  Run workshops/interviews to understand current processes and desired outcomes Often create process maps and “Day-in-the-Life” use cases to capture how users will interact with Salesforce. For example, a BA will document lead management workflows for a Sales Cloud project, ensuring no business scenario is overlooked  Translate business needs into structured artifacts Functional requirements documents User stories with acceptance criteria, process flow diagrams, and UI/UX mockups Bridges the gap between non-technical requirements and technical implementation details  Clear documentation is critical to guide developers and architects on what to build  Continuously validate that the proposed solution will meet business needs.  Define user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and assist business users in UAT execution.  Provide End-user training 
  Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Business Proven experience (4+ years) in Salesforce consulting within either:An IT consulting or professional services organization or  As a member of a Salesforce team within the insurance or financial services industry.Strong foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform Insurance and/or Financial Services domain experience  Ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong Analytical Skills Strong Communication & Presentation skills across varying audiences Strong organizational skills Experience creating diagrams, process mappings, data models, and reports The following Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator – Required Salesforce Certified Business Analyst – Strongly Preferred Sales and/or Services Cloud Consultant - Preferred FSC Accreditation – Preferred Travel required up to 20%  About Sikich LLCSikich, LLC, is a global company specializing in Accounting, Advisory, and Technical professional services.
