COMPENSATION

Annual Minimum - Maximum$120,000.00 - $140,000.00

The dedicated Technology Services Department is in search of a Salesforce Core Cloud Administrator. This position will perform Salesforce administration, specifically leveraging Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to support and optimize business processes. They will also manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud environment, including user management, security settings, data modeling, and process automation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Customize Salesforce to align with business needs.

Design and implement process automation solutions and improve efficiency.

Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and offer training to ensure optimal use of the platform across sales teams.

Oversee data quality, imports, and exports, ensuring the integrity of Salesforce data.

Work closely with other departments to ensure successful implementation.

Manage Salesforce releases, upgrades, and patches, ensuring the environment remains current and operational.

Manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud environment, including user management, security settings, data modeling, and process automation.

Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales teams and leadership.

Document system configurations, processes, and changes to maintain clarity and consistency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

Current Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201).

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization leveraging Flows.

Strong understanding of sales processes and how to align them with Salesforce functionality to drive business results.

Knowledge of data import/export tools and ensuring data integrity across Salesforce systems.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations.

Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology and use of JIRA.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-301).

Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Billing, Experience Cloud).

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with third-party tools and managed packages (Provar, Gearset, Cloudingo).

DRUG TESTING POLICY
